On Friday the various rental cars of the clan went their separate ways once again, with everyone tackling their "Ireland Bucket List" on our last full day there, starting early as we knew we had to be home in time for the big Pig Roast/Family Reunion scheduled for Friday night.
The Kiblingers visited the home of the animals we'd met earlier in the week, the Fitzgeralds headed to the Blarney Castle, the Jeff Careys headed back to the Ring of Kerry to see puffins, Grandma and Grandpa did a mapcap tour of Ballybunion and Dingle, and the Allen Careys headed south to Cork and Kinsale to take in one last Desmond Castle! phew! all arrived home sunburnt, tired, and nevertheless excited about the pig roast party.
